Ben serves as a Senior Associate on the Acquisitions and Asset Management teams at One Real Estate Investment. He currently oversees a portfolio of OREI assets totaling +$500 million throughout the Sunbelt region and plays an integral role in the acquisition process. Ben’s responsibilities include sourcing and underwriting potential acquisition opportunities, due diligence, managing and directing property management teams across multiple states, and in-depth asset management of a robust portfolio. Ben has been involved with the acquisition and asset management of over $1 billion of multifamily transactions.
