Barney McAuley, a top-producing commercial real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience across retail, office, industrial and multifamily properties, is the Director of Investment Sales Brokerage for Weitzman. McAuley utilizes Weitzman’s statewide and nationwide network of clients and his track record as one of the most successful investment sales brokers in North Texas.
Prior to joining Weitzman, McAuley was Executive Director-Capital Markets / Mall Team with Edge Realty Partners, where he handled or consulted on the sale of more than 25 million square feet of large-format retail investments nationwide. His extensive experience also includes being managing partner and founder of Tricom Real Estate Group and serving as executive director – capital markets with Cushman & Wakefield
McAuley is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
McAuley received a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate and urban economics from The University of Connecticut in Mansfield, Connecticut. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), an earned designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
