Mr. Smith joined Newmark Phoenix Realty Group in 2000. He specializes in commercial real estate consulting for both landlords and tenants for sales and lease negotiations. Since starting his career in 1986, Mr. Smith has closed over 1,400 leasing deals for a total of 7 million square feet with 60 sales for a total value over $600 million. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated his abilities as an expert marketer, negotiator and coordinator of improvements. He has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida since 1993. Mr. Smith worked as an office specialist for Curry Properties and was Senior Vice President with Weaver Realty Group prior to joining Newmark Phoenix Realty Group.
