Bert Stevens joined HotelBrokerOne in August 2021 as a broker in their Dallas office. Bert brings over 51 years of hotel operations and commercial brokerage sales experience, including working as a broker for CBRE (formerly lnsignia/ESG) in 1996 to open the firm’s Hotel Partners office in Dallas.
Bert focuses on small and large single asset transactions and portfolio sales throughout the central United States, specializing in key Texas markets. Significantly, Bert was involved in the six-hotel Medallion Portfolio and Four Seasons Las Colinas, Texas transaction and has handled the sales of 132 hotels nationwide with a total purchase price of over $950 million. He served as a principal in Westbrooke Hospitality Corporation for over 20 years where he was responsible for the operations and financial management of 54 hotels.
