Bio
With 25 years of experience in retail real estate, Rosen brings a 360-degree perspective shaped by representing both tenants and landlords nationwide, working with large REITs and institutional owners as well as national brands and local operators. Her client roster has included globally recognized lifestyle and luxury brands such as Apple, Gucci, Aesop, Swarovski, The Elder Statesman, Hanro, and Simone Rocha.
Rosen has represented landlords ranging from institutional ownerships to localized entities, collaborating with firms including Naftali Group, SL Green, Acadia, Brookfield Properties, Friedland Properties, Gordon Property Group, Intervest Capital Partners, and numerous cooperative boards throughout New York City.
Prior to joining RIPCO, Rosen spent more than 15 years at RKF. She remains actively engaged in the industry as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves on the Retail Committee of The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). She also sits on the board of the University of Wisconsin School of Business and Real Estate.
