I serve buyers and sellers throughout Fairfield County, including Lancaster, Carroll, Somerset, Amanda, and Pleasantville. I specialize in residential homes, land, and rural properties. With over $9 million in annual sales and more than 30 transactions closed, I bring experience, strategy, and steady communication to every deal. My husband, Vic, is co-owner of Warthman Drilling, a local well drilling company serving agricultural and commercial clients across the region. Together we operate a small cattle farm and stay actively involved in our church and local 4-H programs. Living this lifestyle gives me a practical understanding of land, water, and rural property values that goes far beyond what you’ll find in a listing sheet.
