Bettina is an accomplished real estate broker with more than 23 years of experience and a proven commitment to her passion for helping others.
As one of the most influential women in real estate, Bettina has an earned reputation for going out of her way to strategize on multifaceted solutions to complex client needs. Having experience working with both tenants and landlords, she fully understands the expectations from both sides, as well as perceptions from neighboring tenants, the safety of clients, aesthetics of the building, and building code compliance. Creative in her approach and professional in her delivery, Bettina is astute in her ability to accurately assess situations and deliver solutions that are mutually advantageous to all parties.
Clients and colleagues who work with Bettina describe her as kind, positive, driven, hardworking, optimistic, reassuring, intelligent, creative, articulate, graceful, and lighthearted. She is dedicated to establishing trust, building long lasting relationships, and representing each client with a positive attitude and warm, personalized approach.
Prior to Colliers, Bettina served as the senior director of leasing, director of operations, and the designated broker for Healthcare Realty, formerly Healthcare Trust of America. In her time there, she managed all leasing responsibilities for 3.7 million square feet of medical office buildings across a nine-state portfolio.
While gaining experience as a real estate broker, Bettina completed her designation training to become a Certified Property Manager (CPM), giving her an in-depth understanding of property management from both the landlord and tenant perspectives. She also completed her designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and continues to hold both designations through continuing education.
