Beverly Keith, CCIM, CRX joined Property Resources of Raleigh in September 2025 as President and Asset Manager. She is responsible for risk management of the company’s retail and industrial investment portfolio, and manages a highly skilled team of professionals in identifying, underwriting, and acquiring commercial assets. For over 28 years, Beverly has focused her commercial real estate practice portfolio management, investment sales, and leasing.
Beverly holds the prestigous Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, and in 2021 was invited to join Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) being recognized as a prominent real estate practitioner demonstrating expertise, experience, and ethics in providing advice that influences real estate decisions. A longtime member of ICSC, Beverly holds the Certified Retail Executive (CRX) designation.
Beverly supports the commercial real estate industry through her dedicated volunteer service to the CCIM Institute, the North Carolina chapter of CCIM, and mentors those joining the profession. Beverly lives in Raleigh, North Carolina, and enjoys college football and women's basketball, boating, concerts, and time with her granddaughter, Scarlett.
