Beverly has spent more than 35 years in commercial real estate as a consultant, executive and principal specializing in investment, acquisitions, and analysis across all real estate asset classes. As an Advisor, she is using the knowledge gained on the corporate level to ensure that her clients, including tenants, property owners, buyers, and sellers, receive optimum value.
Beverly is especially experienced working with healthcare providers, as well as associations and companies seeking headquarters space. She also works with investors in single tenant, NNN leases and those doing 1031 Exchanges.
She has directed due diligence for acquisitions, arranged development financing, and represented buyers and sellers of investment properties of all kinds. Beverly established the acquisitions department for Guardian Realty Investors, LLC and grew its portfolio by 30% in under a year. She has held executive positions with MetLife Real Estate Investments, Cushman & Wakefield, and Avatar Holdings.
