With 15+ years of experience in corporate and commercial real estate, Bhavnesh has played a pivotal role in investing, developing, and managing assets of over $750 million in value. Before establishing Sage Lane Partners, Bhavnesh was instrumental in creating the hotel investment division at RADCO Companies in Atlanta.
Bhavnesh's prior roles include significant positions at Auro Hotels, Green Line Investments, InterContinental Hotels Group, and HREC Investment Advisors. His journey in real estate began after earning an MS in Real Estate Development from New York University and a BS in Hotel Management with a concentration in real estate and law from Cornell University's Nolan School of Hotel Administration.
