Bill is a Principal with Transwestern Fort Worth and Central Region and is also Director of the Transwestern National Net Lease | Sale Leaseback Group specializing in the sale of single-tenant net lease investment properties.
Bill has 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate brokerage business and specializes in single tenant net lease investment sales. However, throughout his career, his experience has run the gamut from investment and user-driven sales, tenant representation and retail and office agency leasing. Bill also has a significant track record in single and multi-market corporate tenant representation, which has spanned the U.S., Canada, and the United Kingdom. He has successfully completed more than 1,500 sale and lease transactions totaling tens of millions of square feet. Bill’s strengths lie in his creative approach to solving clients’ real estate needs, and his unique perspective, acumen, and integrity in dealing with sophisticated investors and users of commercial real estate.
Bill graduated from New Trier West High School in Northfield, Illinois in 1978. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a Marketing major from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth in 1982.
