Bill Hicks graduated from the University of California, Irvine (UCI) with a bachelor’s degree in environmental analysis. After graduation, Bill joined a site selection-research company based in Fort Worth, TX. He worked with major national retailers to help them utilize GIS mapping coupled with regression modeling for sales forecasting on new sites. From there, Bill made the natural transition to the real estate industry, moving to Southern Nevada in 1997. Bill Hicks has been recognized numerous times as one of the top leasing and sales Brokers in the Las Vegas Valley, representing landlords and national retailers in excess of a half of billion dollars in transactions. Bill has completed a wide variety of retail developments, ranging from small multi-tenant buildings to working on large shopping centers with tenants like Lowe’s and Starbucks. His specialties include investment sales analysis and retail leasing.
