Bio
Bill Johnson is an experienced commercial real estate broker in the Central Valley Region of California. He currently leads the Central Valley KW Commercial office. He possesses a broad understanding of local, regional, and national commercial real estate. Over his career, Bill has been directly involved in the acquisition and/or disposition of over 1,000,000 SF of commercial space, totaling in excess of $260 Million in transaction volume. His commercial expertise extends to retail, service stations, light industrial, office, and commercial land properties.
He has represented clients in CA, FL, TX, MS, IL, NV, and ID. In addition, he has built a solid foundation of clients, throughout the Central Valley community, through his professionalism, values, communication, work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to always put his client’s needs ahead of his own.
He earned his bachelor’s in business management from San Diego State University and has two elementary school teaching credentials, Multiple Subject and Mild/Moderate Special Education, from The Teachers College of San Joaquin. He spent 9 years working in Stockton Unified School District in Stockton, CA, taught children ages 8 to 14, and developed skills that have proven invaluable in the CRE profession. In 2015 he obtained his agent license, left teaching to pursue Commercial Real Estate, and never looked back. In 2019, he earned his broker's license.
Outside of real estate, Bill enjoys sports, reading, physical activity, and investing. He lives in Stockton with his wife and two boys.
