My name is Bill Lasar and I've been a Licensed Texas Realtor for the past 16+years. .My areas of specialty are in the Houston area covering the cities of Cypress, Houston, Katy, Magnolia, Spring, The Woodlands, and Tomball. In addition, over the last 30 years, from time to time I invested in real estate, built homes, small apartments and rehabbed/flipped condos & houses.This background has given me a rounded experience to help my clients buy and sell a wide range of properties. As a Realtor I've helped my clients sell their properties after another agent failed, helped many buyers find their dream homes and assisted investors buy & sell properties and maximize their ROI.
