Bill Lynch is a founding Principal of Pace Lynch Corporation, an Atlanta-based real estate development and commercial real estate services firm, where he provides leadership for development, brokerage, and corporate strategy. Bill has also led retail curation, residential sales, and served as project director for Trilith (f/k/a Pinewood Forest), a $1 billion mixed-use development adjacent to Trilith Studios, where Pace Lynch has also developed approximately $50 million of assets. Bill is currently leading the development of Burton, a new marina village in the North Georgia mountains connected to Lake Burton. Prior to launching Pace Lynch, Bill served as Executive Vice President of Group Six Companies, a leading boutique development, construction and brokerage firm in metro Atlanta, from which Pace Lynch evolved. Earlier in his career, Bill served in leasing, finance and management roles with Cushman & Wakefield, Dewberry Capital Corporation, Jones Lang LaSalle and Duke Realty Corporation. Bill is a graduate of the Harvard University AMDP executive program in Real Estate, earned his JD/MBA degree from the Indiana University School of Law and School of Business in 1998, and his BA degree in East Asian Studies and Business Administration from Vanderbilt University in 1994. Bill serves on the Board of Directors of the National Town Builders Association (NTBA), and is also involved with Congress For New Urbanism and the Urban Land Institute. He is the proud father of three children, Will, Gigi and Jack.
