I have concentrated mainly on the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial property since 1983. I am intimately familiar with all aspects of facilitating a successful transaction based on his prior seller/landlord and purchaser/tenant representations. I am also the senior land specialist for the company. This knowledge, coupled with the understanding and insight, allows me to represent my client’s best interest. I was the top sales producer for 1995, 1998, 2000, 2003 and 2014 and the overall production leader for the company in 1995, 2003 and 2014, and a Colliers Everest Club member in 2014.
I am active in the community and a past President of the Innsbrook Rotary Club where I am a charter member. I am also a past President of Virginia Commonwealth University, Humanities and Sciences Alumni Board and currently serve on the College’s Dean’s Society and alumni representative on the Make It Real Campaign, a $950 million dollar capital campaign. I am a former member of the Board of Directors of GRACRE, a Richmond based commercial real estate group with over 300 members, and is a former President of the Ram’s Club, Virginia Commonwealth University’s recognized official sports backer group.
