Bill Montchal began his career in real estate finance in 1986 after serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. He started with a leading financial institution in New York, later becoming Assistant Vice President at Norwest Mortgage in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he applied his expertise in real estate financing for over a decade.
In 2000, Bill expanded his career to investments and risk management with Farm Bureau Financial Services in Iowa, eventually becoming Agency Manager for the tri-city area. He was recognized for his leadership and industry knowledge, often speaking at conferences and publishing articles for organizations like Gama International and LIMRA.
In 2015, Bill joined Kolter Homes, where he held various roles, including Community Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, and currently, Director of Training and Sales. He focuses on his passion for training, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
Bill has four sons, with the youngest graduating from the University of Tennessee Martin, two middle sons from the University of Northern Arizona, and his eldest son James, a finance graduate from Drake University.
