With approximately thirty years experience in Commercial Real Estate, Bill brings an understanding of how to market and lease office space in Downtown markets. He has been involved with Commercial Office, Retail & Flex space in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dallas, Texas and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Bill comes to CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he directed the office leasing staff of one of Pittsburgh’s largest developers, The Soffer Organization. During Bill’s tenure, South Side Works, Pittsburgh, a 1.75 million square foot Lifestyle Center was conceived, planned, developed and constructed. Prior to his career with Soffer, Bill managed the Corporate Real Estate portfolio of Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. Highmark owns and manages 4.75 million square feet of office, medical, and retail space in 18 states, comprising over 450 leases.
Some of the clients Bill has been involved with are: University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Allegheny General Hospital, Highmark Life Insurance Company, Thrift Drug, Bechtel Corporation, the University of Phoenix and other national corporations.
