Prior to joining Schermerhorn & Co. in 2010, Bill spent 25 years in real estate development & construction. He has developed land, subdivisions, multifamily properties, townhomes, retail centers, and custom homes and has executed renovations across various asset classes.
Each Fall, Bill serves on the board of the Northbrook Junior Spartans Football Organization. In his free time, Bill enjoys woodworking, playing pickleball, riding bikes with his wife, and spending time with his family at the lake.
