Bill Sheehy is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Tenant Representation group, based in downtown Chicago. Bill joined CBRE in 2001 and again in 2013, after spending five years at competitor, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).
During his tenure at JLL, Bill was recognized as a top-producing broker and was one of the youngest brokers to ever earn the highest honor of Managing Director, dictated by generated revenue.
Bill’s experience representing firms in a wide array of industries provides him with a thorough understanding of the Chicago marketplace. Over the past decade, Bill has focused his attention on technology and law firms, making him an expert in space acquisition and disposition strategies for these types of organizations.
