Bill Weber serves as Executive Managing Director of Capital Markets Strategies, focusing on senior and subordinate debt and equity origination and syndication. A 20-year industry veteran, Weber joined Newmark in 2018 from Cantor Commercial Real Estate, where he was responsible for overseeing East Coast and Midwest production teams originating loans backed by office, retail, multifamily, hospitality and industrial properties.
Prior to CCRE, Weber spent eight years at Credit Suisse, where he held positions in the firm’s commercial real estate and securitization groups in London and New York.
