Billy Kuntz, First Vice President, began his commercial real estate career with CBRE, Inc in 2004 at the Washington, D.C office.
Prior to returning to his native Jacksonville, Florida, Billy worked as the director of commercial leasing for Vornado Realty Trust’s Washington Division. While at Vornado, Billy was in charge of leasing the company’s 23.5 million square foot Washington region portfolio. In April 2014, joined the Jacksonville location of CBRE, Inc.
Since entering the Jacksonville market, Billy has used his extensive landlord representation experience in one of the biggest markets in the nation to his advantage, successfully brokering over $250 Million in lease deals on behalf of both local owners and renters.
Billy has earned the trust of a wide range of customers by always starting every transaction with their interests in mind and assisting them in achieving the best outcome possible for their requirements.
