Billy Powell serves as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Hokayem, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties and land sales throughout Gainesville and Hall County in Georgia. With five years of experience, Powell has secured over 20 transactions valued in excess of $8 million. Before coming to Sperry Van Ness, Powell developed several properties. The experience he gained from these projects helps him immensely in his current position. He also has more than two decades of consulting and project-management experience concentrating in manufacturing, distribution and warehousing. Powell was elected to be a Hall County Commissioner (one of five) by one of the historically widest margins in the November 2004 general election.
