As Vice President of Capital One Bank’s corporate real estate division, Mr. Gahagan managed more than 100 retail banking properties ranging in size from 2,500-square-foot banking offices to a 400,000-square-foot high-rise office building, all while carefully controlling expenses and providing the support required by customer-facing employees. He also led the bank’s acclaimed post-Katrina disaster-recovery strategy for the New Orleans market.
