Blair oversees the day-to-day functions of the brokerage’s finance and accounting departments as well as the company’s long-term finance strategy. Blair joined Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty in April 2023 as its vice president of finance and was named its executive vice president of finance and accounting in April 2024.
Blair earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from The University of Oklahoma and his master’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University. He has held finance-leadership roles across the manufacturing, energy, automotive and consumer package goods sectors. Blair has led companies through expansions, mergers, acquisitions, turnarounds, carve-outs and restructuring.
