Blake Anderson, SIOR, is an Executive Managing Director in Newmark’s Industrial Advisory Group (IAG). The IAG is an integrated consulting and brokerage services platform focused on enhancing the real estate advisory experience for end-users of, and investors in, industrial and logistics real estate.
Anderson holds the prestigious SIOR designation and is an expert in industrial properties, supply chain management and logistics, manufacturing, distribution and site selection, with more than 26 years of experience. He has negotiated more than 1,250 transactions, valued at a total of $1.9 billion, for such organizations as Mission Foods, Joerns Healthcare, Pizza Inn, Bayer and Zales Corporation.
Anderson joined Newmark’s Industrial and Logistics Services division in 2020 from Savills, where he served as Senior Managing Director and Co-Branch Manager of the Dallas office and worked to expand the office’s industrial presence. He joined Savills in 2018 from Cushman & Wakefield.
