Blake Gross joined Bennett Williams in 2017 with over 20 years’ experience in retail/commercial real estate specializing in tenant representation, landlord representation, commercial sales, and leasing.
He has represented and completed deals with Starbucks, Qdoba, Chipotle, Great Clips, Aaron’s, Sherwin Williams, Liberty Travel, Mattress Warehouse, Denny’s, PetValu, Dollar General, Advance Auto, and Family Dollar. Additionally, Blake has worked with developers and owners to find and sell properties.
