Blake joined Cresa in November 2018 as an Advisor. Prior to his current position, Blake worked in a variety of real estate related roles. Most recently he served as a senior valuation associate at CBRE where he applied detailed analysis to all kinds of properties including: Office, Retail, Multi-family, Hospitality, Land subdivisions and master planned communities. Other positions he held include: transaction coordinator at Coldwell Banker Commercial, Analyst at Colony Capital and Intern at Travers Realty during the summers of 2010 through 2013.
