Blake Rodgers is a Principal & Co-Founder at Steel Peak. Blake joins Steel Peak from JLL as an Industrial Broker, where he Co-Led the firm’s National Industrial Service Facilities Practice and was a member of the Supply Chain and Logistics Solutions Group. Blake represented Corporate Tenants and Institutional Investors in the acquisition, leasing and sale of industrial properties with a specialization in the Industrial Outdoor Storage asset class. While at JLL, Blake closed over 20 IOS transactions and was highly regarded as one of the most active IOS brokers in the San Diego Market.
