Blake Silverman is the President of The Silverman Group, where he leads the company’s investment, development, and management efforts across a diverse portfolio of real estate assets.
Before founding the firm, Blake served as Director of Business Development at Silver Line Building Products, one of the nation’s largest manufacturers of vinyl windows and doors. There, he gained a well-rounded view of operations—from sales and production to purchasing and distribution. Earlier in his career, he also worked in the private banking division of Merrill Lynch and in mezzanine finance at Brown Brothers Harriman.
Blake is a graduate of Bucknell University with degrees in Business Administration and History. He’s known for his hands-on leadership style, strategic thinking, and long-term approach to growth.
