Blake Wiser is a vice president in Northmarq’s Nashville office focused on multifamily investment sales. Throughout his career, Blake has developed his expertise in heavy value-add apartments, hotel-to-apartment development acquisitions, mobile home/RV parks, and land development deals. Blake goes above and beyond to not only transact, but also fulfill clients’ needs for rezoning property and valuations.
Prior to Northmarq, Blake spent four years at Capstone Apartment Partners.. In the last year, Blake has been fortunate enough to close five transactions, ranging from value-add apartments to hotels to be converted into housing via adaptive reuse.
Blake works with several churches and nonprofits to help those in need throughout the Nashville area. He recently started a nonprofit, PVMNT, that focuses on giving those experiencing homelessness a head start by helping find resources that meet their needs.
Blake holds a bachelor’s degree in biology (physiology) from Middle Tennessee State University.
