Bio
Bo Okoroji is the CEO and founder of Steerpoint Capital. Prior to founding Steerpoint, Bo served as the Head of US Investments at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), leading the firm’s US investment strategy, including acquisitions, dispositions, and redevelopment opportunities.
Before URW, Bo held senior roles at Simon Property Group, having been recruited for its “Real Estate Executive in Training” program. Bo has structured and negotiated over $11 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
Bo is a member of the ICSC Board of Trustees and was honored with ICSC’s 4 Under 40 Award. In 2022, Okoroji was selected for ICSC’s Next Generation Leadership Network. Bo also serves on the Advisory Board for Walker & Dunlop’s CRE Diversity Initiative and is on the Board of Directors for Breathe Southern California.
Bo holds an MBA from LeBow College of Business at Drexel University and a BS in Economics from the University of Houston.
