Bio
Bo is a Los Angeles commercial real estate industry expert with over 15 years of experience in the management and acquisition of value-add properties. At Drake Real Estate Group, Bo directs the firm’s holdings and management portfolio operations. Bo has a track record of success in both home run acquisitions and leading a team in maximizing the financial performance of his clients’ assets.
Prior to founding Drake REG, Bo held high-profile positions including Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at prestigious Los Angeles development and investment firm, California Landmark Group. Bo was responsible for sourcing opportunistic multifamily assets and land development opportunities across the western United States. During Bo's tenure, the company acquired dozens of assets, all with above market returns. In addition to these acquisitions, Bo oversaw and optimized the firm's existing portfolio of more than 2,000 units valued in excess of $750 million.
Bo's previous experience includes 8 years as an investment sales broker and 3 years as head of asset management for a private equity real estate firm. During Bo's tenure in investment sales, he participated in more than 100 transactions, valued in excess of $500 million. While head of asset management, Bo oversaw a portfolio of more than 6,000 units valued in excess of $1.6 billion.
