Transaction experience is focused on new multifamily development, value add properties, distressed and heavy renovation opportunities, REO and loan sales, capital raises for new development and acquisitions, affordable housing, student housing, and portfolio transactions. Flurry is focused on advising clients throughout the investment cycle by sourcing investment opportunities, providing owners with real-time market information, and delivering invaluable, property-specific recommendations.
Flurry was a Managing Director of Birmingham-based Rock Advisors where he led a regional multifamily brokerage team. During his tenure there, his team increased revenue and sales volume by more than 100%.
