He is a seven time winner of the Broker of the Year, Past President of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in Arizona as well as Chairman of the SIOR YL Group Nationally, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He is consistently the top Capital Markets Broker in the Southwestern United States for JLL. Bo is very active in the local chapter of the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP). Bo served as Chairman of Night at the Fights and served on the Board of Directors for six years. He has completed in excess of 1,000 transactions totaling over $100B in value and 100,000,000 square feet. He continually completes some of the largest and most complex transactions in the Country. He actively supports numerous charities including Tumaini, a Kenyan Orphanage, The Whitney, SIOR Foundation, and many others.
