William Collier “Bo” Pettit joined Boyd Commercial, LLC in August of 2005. During his tenure, Bo has developed an in-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate industry including contract and lease negotiations, land acquisitions and developing, pricing and marketing strategies, project management and tenant relations. In 2014, he was instrumental in the acquisition of 127 acres of land that would later be developed into a 2.4 million square foot premier industrial development known as Park 8Ninety. Bo, along with his partner continue to handle the leasing and marketing of this project. Notable clients include Trammell Crow, Crow Holdings, Artis, Bearden Investments, Jetco Delivery, Century A/C, Tri-Supply, and Merchant Choice Card Services.
Bo is a native Texan and was born in Houston. While at LSU he was part of the 2000 National Championship team and the 2003 SEC Championship team. After graduating, Bo went on to play for the Minnesota Twins minor league affiliates. Bo and his wife Kelly are members of The Houston LSU Alumni Chapter and bleed Purple and Gold. Kelly and Bo have three boys, Austin, Collier, and Brooks. In his spare time, Bo enjoys golf, hunting, playing guitar, and long road trips.
