Bo Schill is an associate broker for the CBRE Land Services Group in Atlanta. Previously, Bo consulted with private landowners on conserving their land in perpetuity. During this time, Bo brokered hundreds of acres of recreational and timber land for clients in Georgia. Before joining CBRE, Bo worked on developing solar farms around the southeast where he gained experience negotiating lease and purchase agreements with landowners. Along with his partners Scott McGregor and John Haynes, Bo has negotiated the sale or acquisition of all classifications of land including build to rent developments.
