Bio
Bob started his commercial real estate career in 1977 with the Grubb & Ellis Company. Much of the early part of his career was involved in the sales and leasing of retail shopping center properties, primarily in the San Diego County area. The territory covered expanded to include Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange Counties, as his career progressed. More recently, Bob has been involved in tenant representation for various companies throughout the Southern California region, and leasing commercial projects in San Diego and South Riverside County. Highlights of his career include the sale of land for construction and leasing of multiple commercial projects ranging from 10 to 100 acres. During the course of his career, he has also acted on a consultant basis with various clients for feasibility studies and planning purposes for various commercial developments.
