Seasoned attorney, title underwriter, real estate broker, author and public speaker, Practiced Law since 1974. Naval officer during the Vietnam years. Was Broker-in-Charge of NC real estate firm, grew it to 205 agents to surpass all area firms in production. Runs a 1031 exchange company and is expert in Cost Segregation Depreciation. Certified private dispute Mediator. Elected director and officer of a public corporation. Served in leadership positions with church, civic and community organizations.
