Bob has been with the Company since 1986. He has exclusively represented major national and international corporations such as Hughes Network Systems, Bechtel Power Corporation and Digex, Inc. He is also responsible for the leasing of a 1.8 million square foot office portfolio on behalf of a national pension fund advisor.
Transactions of note include his representation of Hughes Network Systems in the leasing of over 1 million square feet of office and production space in multiple locations during the past 10 years, the representation of Bechtel Power Corporation in the leasing of its 450,000 square foot headquarters campus, the representation of Digex, Inc. in the leasing of 128,000 square foot headquarters building, the representation of United Payors & United Providers in the leasing of its 80,000 square foot headquarters, the leasing of 80,000 square feet to Sodexho/Marriott, and the leasing of 75,000 square feet to NASD. For the years 2000, 2001, and 2002, Mr. Dickman was named as one of the top ten producers among leasing agents in suburban Maryland.
