Bob Fredrickson, CCIM, is a Senior Managing Broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial Danforth. He co-founded CBC Danforth in 1996 and served as President until 2026, when he stepped back from the role to dedicate more time to serving his clients and addressing their needs.
Under Bob’s leadership, CBC Danforth experienced significant growth and rose to prominence within the Coldwell Banker Commercial network, earning Elite recognition nine times as one of the top CBC offices in North America. In 2024, Bob was honored with the prestigious Halter Case Award by Coldwell Banker Commercial’s national leadership team. He is also a multiple-time recipient of CBC Corporate’s Circle of Distinction Awards, recognizing the top-producing brokers nationwide.
