Bob Kruzel is a Principal and Director of Asset Management at Velocis, where he brings more than a decade of experience managing the firm’s real estate assets. Prior to joining Velocis, Kruzel served as Senior Vice President of Operations at RM Crowe, overseeing a portfolio of commercial, retail, and medical properties and leading the disposition of a $210 million portfolio. He previously held asset management leadership roles at Crescent Real Estate Equities.
Kruzel holds an MBA from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business and a BA from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio.
