I’m a retail real estate broker and Principal at Focus Real Estate Advisors in DFW, dedicated to building a market-leading retail platform in North Texas while continuing to serve longstanding relationships and clients in the Mid-Atlantic. For more than 25 years, I have represented landlords, developers, and national retailers in complex retail transactions across the Mid-Atlantic. My work has included ground-up developments, grocery-anchored centers, anchor repositionings, land sales, pad site strategies, small- and mid-box leasing, and large-scale tenant expansion rollouts. I have had the privilege of representing brands such as Chick-fil-A, Walmart, ALDI, Murphy USA, AutoZone, Kohl’s, Lowe’s, along with numerous regional operators and developers. What distinguishes my practice is perspective. Having spent decades representing tenants, landlords, and developers, I understand how capital, market strategy, entitlement risk, partnerships, and long-term value creation intersect. That balanced view allows me to structure transactions that align interests, create durable value, and build relationships that extend well beyond a single deal. At this stage of my career, I am concentrating on strategic impact. Advising developers on market trends and front-running growth corridors. Helping retailers expand intelligently and efficiently through reliable data and disciplined deal counsel. Creating a legacy brokerage platform of brokers, for brokers, by brokers.
