Bio
Bob Ovesny is IRG’s Vice President of Leasing, growing IRG’s leasing efforts in markets across the country overseeing projects in Ohio, Connecticut, Colorado, Idaho, and Nevada. With over 14years of commercial real estate expertise, he also works closely with the national leasing team to analyze real estate value and review potential projects for acquisition and redevelopment.
Since joining IRG in 2016, Ovesny has held the roles of Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Property Manager with IRG, overseeing more than 25 employees and a portfolio of 20Million square feet across the country including IRG’s Goodyear redevelopment, The East End, a massive mixed and adaptive re-use project in Akron. He has significant experience in multiple assets classes including industrial, office, retail and mixed-used projects. Prior to joining IRG, he managed real estate and leasing for Forest City and new business development for DDR Corp.
