Bob Stasiowski is a seasoned retail real estate professional currently serving as Senior Vice President at Atlantic Retail in Atlanta, Georgia. With over 20 years of industry experience, Bob specializes in landlord and tenant representation, acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic planning. He joined Atlantic Retail in November 2019, bringing a deep understanding of retail markets across Georgia and Alabama.
Bob began his career in finance and development with JDN Realty, where he worked closely with national retailers to execute expansion strategies throughout the Southeast and Midwest. He later founded and operated RJS Realty Advisors, a boutique brokerage and advisory firm, and held senior roles at JLL, where he focused on tenant representation and agency leasing.
His expertise spans investment sales, site selection, due diligence, and project management, with a strong track record of delivering creative real estate solutions that maximize client value. Bob holds an MBA in Finance from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Saint Anselm College.
He resides in Buckhead, Atlanta, with his wife and dogs, and enjoys fitness, fly fishing, golf, great food and wine, and supporting Atlanta United Soccer. Bob is also active in the community, supporting organizations like The Giving Kitchen and Chattahoochee Riverkeeper, and serves on several local boards.
