Bobby Caya joined McCarthy Ranch in 2016. As Development Manager, he is involved in all aspects of real estate investment and development projects including feasibility analysis, due-diligence, entitlements, underwriting, closing of acquisitions and dispositions, asset management of existing properties, design, marketing, leasing, and construction management. During his free time, he enjoys travel, reading, and skiing.
