As Senior Vice President of Mixed-Use Investment, Bobby is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing acquisition opportunities for Crosland Southeast. He has spent his career focused on real estate development and acquisitions, most recently serving as Lead Fund Manager of UNC Kenan-Flagler’s real estate private equity fund. Prior to business school, Bobby served as Director of US Real Estate for Krispy Kreme, where he managed new store development and asset management for Krispy Kreme’s domestic real estate portfolio. He began his career as a financial analyst and investment associate for Burroughs & Chapin, Inc., a real estate development and investment firm headquartered in Myrtle Beach, SC.
