Bio
Bobby Stevens is a Senior Vice President at Colliers specializing in industrial real estate
strategy, land development, and data-driven site selection across the Wasatch Front.
With a background spanning valuation, construction, analytics, brokerage, and capital
markets—and as a fourth-generation Utah commercial real estate professional—he
brings a holistic and practical perspective to helping clients make informed industrial
decisions.
Bobby has advised on tens of millions of square feet of industrial transactions and
thousands of acres of land, including logistics and 3PL facilities, manufacturing and hightech operations, food and cold storage, IOS (industrial outdoor storage), and multi-phase
development and redevelopment projects. Clients rely on him for his ability to identify
challenges and opportunities early, streamline complex processes, and guide deals
forward with clarity.
He’s a trusted advisor to companies ranging from early-stage start-ups to global
and Fortune-level organizations. While Northern Utah is his primary market, he
selectively advises clients whose broader needs benefit from his understanding of how
logistics, labor, and land strategies intersect. His approach is collaborative and clientcentered, grounded in integrity, clear communication, and persistence in fast-moving
environments.
Bobby started his commercial real estate career in 2008 in commercial appraisal with
The Fortis Group (later Integra Realty Resources), followed by roles in residential and
commercial construction. He then joined Cushman & Wakefield as an analyst and later a
broker before partnering with Rusty Bollow in 2018 to form the Bollow Stevens Industrial
team at Colliers.
