In 1970, Mr. Bowen Pak graduated from Columbia University with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, and in 1972 he went on to earn his MBA degree in Finance, also from Columbia University. Immediately after obtaining his MBA degree, Mr. Pak joined Trans World Airlines and served for nearly a decade as Director of Corporate Planning and Research.
In 1981, Mr. Pak began his career in the real estate industry by joining Carson Investment Co., Inc. as the Managing Director. Mr. Pak then accepted the position of Vice President in one of the most recognized real estate companies, Helmsley-Spear, Inc. and from 1985 to 1989, he further developed and exercised his knowledge and skills as a top-rated commercial broker.
Finally, in 1987, Mr. Bowen Pak founded Eastern International Realty, Inc. to bring a much higher level of professionalism to the Asian-American real estate industry. Even after 30 years, Mr. Bowen Pak continues to strive for unparalleled excellence with reliable, qualified, and experienced agents.
