Brad’s career spans over 23 years in the commercial real estate industry exclusively representing end users. Prior to Vestian he spent 18 years at Equis Corporation and 5 years at Newmark Knight Frank and built a hallmark representation as a national tenant representation leader. Through his career he has completed headquarters projects for over 20 corporate clients in a vast number of geographies across the United States. His strong industry relationships and expertise in providing unbiased advisory, strategy, and implementation for his clients allows him to best position them within the marketplace. Brad has executed over 8M RSF of tenant representation assignments on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Armstrong holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Gettysburg College, as well as a North Carolina real estate license.
